About The Position

Requirements

  • High School diploma, GED or related experience and/or training
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License
  • Background in excellent customer service
  • Willing to work weekends and a varied schedule
  • Excellent attitude, teamwork skills and self-motivated
  • Energetic, resourceful, and hands-on individual with a strong service orientation
  • Able to approach problems both logically and creatively
  • Confident and knowledgeable when interacting with all team members & outside parties
  • Able to work collaboratively as a team and independently
  • Ability to multi-task and strong organizational skills are required
  • Sensitive to confidential information and matters
  • Must be able to carry/ transport items weighing up to 25 pounds
  • Daily ascending/descending of stairs and occasionally of ladder to perform work orders
  • Must be able to perform work both inside and outside
  • Continuous walking and standing
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time
  • Must be able to move, bend, squat, stoop, twist, climb stairs and turn to perform day to day responsibilities

Nice To Haves

  • CPO or pool experience a plus
  • Prior experience in caretaking or janitorial is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Keep the community clean and free of debris, including amenity space and common areas
  • Assist the Service Team with appliance installations, unit turns and other general duties when needed
  • Clean the pool area, removing trash, straightening pool furnishings, and washing pool deck when needed
  • Service the pool, including checking chemicals, debugging, removing debris
  • Maintain the exterior of the community to exceed apartment living standards
  • Replacement light bulbs in common areas, breezeways, and buildings
  • Any other additional task required
