About The Position

This position is responsible for the physical condition of the property and grounds, as well as installation of plant material on the community grounds. The Groundskeeper will maintain the physical condition of common areas and grounds to ensure a clean, debris-free, and top-quality environment. This role will also assist the service team with requests to ensure service requests are handled in a timely manner and comply with the company safety policy at all times. Operating a company vehicle or personal vehicle to perform job duties is required. The role involves working in a high-pressure environment, interacting with difficult customers/vendors, handling urgent matters, resolving conflicts, and having effective interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• High school diploma preferred
• Able to work flexible scheduled when needed
• Must be willing and able to drive for work-related purposes
