About The Position
HHM CPAs is looking for a part-time janitor and groundskeeper to help with the upkeep and cleanliness of our building here in Memphis, TN. This position combines indoor janitorial duties with outdoor groundskeeping or minor handy-man responsibilities. The ideal candidate enjoys a mix of tasks, takes initiative, and maintains high standards to keep spaces looking their best. Early morning shift from 5am to 2pm is preferred, but can be flexible.

Responsibilities
- Perform custodial duties to maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned areas
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and windowsills
- Refill soap dispensers and paper towel holders
- Clean and maintain common areas such as hallways, lobbies, and break rooms
- Mowing, trimming, edging, power washing, and various other landscaping tasks
