About The Position

We are hiring a full-time Groundskeeper to join our team within the Oklahoma & Kansas Region. This position will be assigned to a specific apartment community, with opportunities to grow within our portfolio.

Requirements

• 1+ year of groundskeeping or related experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license (required)
• Reliable transportation (required)
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and reliability

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of the community
• Pick up trash and keep common areas clean
• Perform general groundskeeping and pressure washing
• Report maintenance concerns promptly
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests
