About The Position
Warm Beach Faith-Inspired Retirement Living is seeking an experienced groundskeeper to support its senior living community in the Pacific Northwest. The organization is a nonprofit ministry of the Free Methodist Church, with a mission to provide seniors with a vibrant, missional, and purposeful lifestyle through every phase of their golden years. The role involves working independently or with a team on grounds projects and providing friendly, professional service to residents. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and requires availability to work during inclement weather.
Requirements
- At least one year of grounds experience.
- Experience operating equipment and working with irrigation.
- Valid Washington driver’s license.
- Reliable transportation.
- Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to take direction and work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug testing.
