About The Position

CLK Multifamily Management is seeking a Groundskeeper to help maintain the appearance and upkeep of the community’s grounds, pools, buildings, and common areas, and to assist the maintenance team with market-ready units. The position is performed on premise and involves working outdoors 66%–100% of the time, often in varying weather conditions.

The Groundskeeper maintains community areas including the pool, laundry room, mail area, dumpster areas, amenities, grounds near the road and office, parking lots, and walkways. The role requires regular standing, walking, crouching, bending, and lifting. Lifting more than 50 pounds must be done with assistance from one or more people.

Requirements

• Complete pre-employment drug screening and criminal screening.
• Regularly stand, walk, crouch, bend, and lift objects throughout the day.
• Physically lift 10 or more pounds regularly, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Use assistance from one or more people to lift weights exceeding 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and remove litter, debris, and pet waste from community grounds.
• Remove trash from buildings, breezeways, and common areas; replace trash cans and liners as needed.
• Keep amenities free of trash and debris.
• Pressure wash and blow sidewalks, buildings, and breezeways.
• Clear trash and debris from storm drains and dedicated trash areas; operate the trash compactor if applicable.
• Clean and prepare market-ready units.
• Remove furniture and assist with moving appliances in vacated apartments.
• Clean community pools, pool furniture, and outdoor areas.
• Clean air-conditioner vents and replace filters.
• Replace exterior lights in common areas, breezeways, or other buildings as needed.
• Clean and remove debris from dryer vents in laundry facilities.
• Distribute resident notices if necessary.
• Maintain the pool area, laundry room, mail area, dumpster areas, amenity areas, grounds adjacent to roads and office areas, parking lots, and walkways or paths.
