About The Position

AMLI Residential is looking for a motivated Groundskeeper to join their team at the AMLI Cherry Creek luxury apartment community in Denver’s Glendale neighborhood. This full-time position plays a key role in keeping the community beautiful, welcoming, and clean for residents and guests. The role involves maintaining common areas, amenities, and grounds, preparing vacant units for new residents, and ensuring overall curb appeal and cleanliness.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of work experience
• Comfortable lifting/pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs
• A positive attitude and pride in your work!

Nice To Haves

• Experience in custodial or cleaning work is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Keeping common areas, amenities, and grounds clean and tidy
• Preparing vacant units for new residents—including the chance to learn and assist with AMLI's make-ready process
• Maintaining curb appeal by raking, sweeping, and seasonal upkeep
• Caring for the pool and related equipment
• Handling trash removal and maintaining exterior lighting
• Taking care of janitorial supplies and cleaning equipment
