About The Position

AMLI Residential is looking for a motivated Groundskeeper to join their team at the AMLI Golden Triangle luxury apartment community in Denver. This full-time position (40 hours/week, day shift) is crucial for maintaining the high standards of the community, ensuring it remains beautiful, welcoming, and clean for residents and guests.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of work experience
• Comfortable lifting/pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs
• A positive attitude and pride in your work!

Nice To Haves

• Experience in custodial or cleaning work is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Keeping common areas, amenities, and grounds clean and tidy
• Preparing vacant units for new residents—including the chance to learn and assist with AMLI's make-ready process
• Maintaining curb appeal by raking, sweeping, and seasonal upkeep
• Caring for the pool and related equipment
• Handling trash removal and maintaining exterior lighting
• Taking care of janitorial supplies and cleaning equipment
