About The Position

Brookside Properties is hiring a Groundskeeper to join our team at Hudson on the Greenway in Knoxville! If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in maintaining beautiful communities, and want a stable career with opportunities to grow, we'd love to meet you.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to walk the property throughout the day, climb stairs and ladders, and lift up to 25 pounds regularly (heavier lifting occasionally with assistance)
• Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented

Nice To Haves

• Previous groundskeeping, porter, landscaping, janitorial, or maintenance experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Keep the community grounds clean, attractive, and well maintained
• Pick up trash and debris throughout the property
• Maintain sidewalks, parking lots, landscaping, and common areas
• Assist with preparing vacant apartments for new residents
• Perform light maintenance and porter duties as needed
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas
• Follow OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing guidelines
