IMMEDIATE HIRE - Apartment Community Groundskeeper. This is a full-time, year-round, consistent position where no two days are the same and the office is the great outdoors. The role involves keeping the property looking beautiful and well-maintained, including landscaping, general grounds upkeep, trash removal, and seasonal tasks like snow removal. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Keeping the property looking beautiful and well-maintained
• Landscaping and general grounds upkeep
• Trash removal and clean up
• Tackling seasonal tasks—yes, even snow removal when needed
• Taking pride in creating a clean, welcoming community for residents
