About The Position
Horseshoe Bay Resort is seeking Groundskeepers to support the maintenance and appearance of resort landscaping and outdoor areas. This is an entry-level role for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and contributing to high-quality grounds maintenance.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record required
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions
- Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including weekends
Nice To Haves
- Basic landscaping knowledge preferred
Responsibilities
- Operate landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, edgers, and blowers
- Maintain lawns, walkways, and landscaped areas to established standards
- Assist with planting, mulching, and other landscape projects
- Remove debris and maintain overall cleanliness of grounds
- Perform manual labor such as shoveling and hand-weeding
- Inspect, clean, and maintain equipment; report mechanical issues
- Work with team members and supervisors to complete daily assignments
