About The Position
Highgate Hotels is a leading real estate investment and hospitality management company. TradeWinds Island Resort, a Tampa Bay Times Top Workplace for seven years in a row, features two destination resorts along the Gulf Coast on St. Pete Beach. The Groundskeeper ensures the property is presentable to guests by sweeping the property, removing man-made items, emptying and cleaning trash cans, inspecting and cleaning the main lobby area, checking pool areas, and checking the waterway for trash. The role also involves performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
Responsibilities
- Ensure property is swept and all man-made items are removed
- Empty and clean trash cans and put them back where they belong
- Make sure the property is presentable to the guest
- Check all trash cans and ash trays, empty and clean them
- Inspect and clean main lobby area
- Check all pool areas ensuring it is clean and presentable
- Check waterway for trash
- Performs other duties as assigned
