About The Position
Heath Village is a constantly growing and unique retirement community providing multiple levels of housing and healthcare for close to 400 residents. We are currently seeking a qualified, team-oriented Groundskeeper to fill the following opening. The Groundskeeper is responsible for performing all grounds-keeping and other project work for Heath Village campus in a quality manner.
Requirements
- Experience preferred
- Available for on-call snow removal
Responsibilities
- Maintains grass, bushes, trees and other plantings in good condition as applicable to the season.
- Keeps sidewalks, roadways, and parking areas free of seasonal debris, including snow, ice, and grass clippings/leaves
- Provides cleaning of carports, moving services and other assigned jobs as directed
