As our Groundskeeper, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the property. You’ll help create an inviting environment residents are proud to call home — through quality care, attention to detail, and teamwork.
Requirements
- Experience or working knowledge of grounds care and basic maintenance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented team player
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Positive attitude with a courteous and cooperative approach
Responsibilities
- Maintaining community grounds to ensure a clean, well-kept appearance
- Picking up debris and keeping all outdoor areas tidy
- Assisting with light maintenance tasks when needed
- Completing service requests promptly and efficiently (within 24 hours)
- Following OSHA safety guidelines and company policies
- Supporting the Property Manager and Maintenance Team as needed
