About The Position
A waste facility in Tyler, TX is seeking to hire a Groundskeeper to join the TEAM! This is a full-time position with a work schedule of Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm, and a pay rate of $15 per hour. The role involves maintaining the grounds of the facility.
Requirements
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Must have knowledge of operating and maintain landscaping power tools and hand tools
- Ability to maintain a clean and appearance of the grounds
- Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions

Responsibilities
- Mowing, trimming, edging, aerating, and fertilizing lawns
- Installing trees, shrubs, flowers, and sod, and applying mulch
- Disposing litter and cleaning walkways, parking lots and recreational areas
- Using hand/power tools and machinery such as blowers, trimmers, chainsaws, typical lawn mowers and zero-turn mowers
- Performing minor repairs on equipment and exterior structures like fences or benches
