Groundskeeper/Laborer
About The Position
ACN & Associates, LTD is hiring a Groundskeeper/Laborer to maintain outdoor spaces and support construction projects. This hands-on role includes landscaping and grounds maintenance, basic irrigation repairs, construction cleanup and demolition, and general labor. The position is based in Lewisville, Texas, and has a Monday-through-Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with no weekend work. The salary range is $16.00 to $17.00 per hour. The successful candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. They will use landscaping and construction tools and equipment responsibly, keep work areas organized, and assist team members with daily projects as needed. Landscaping experience and familiarity with landscaping equipment or basic irrigation repairs are preferred. A valid driver's license is required. Requirements
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Ability to assist with construction cleanup, demolition, material handling, and general labor.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or move materials as needed.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, reliable attendance, and willingness to follow instructions.
- Ability to use tools responsibly and maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with mowing, weed eating, hedge and tree trimming, flower beds, and general grounds maintenance.
- Familiarity with landscaping equipment and basic irrigation repairs.
Responsibilities
- Mow lawns, weed eat, pull weeds, maintain flower beds, and trim hedges and trees.
- Assist with basic irrigation repairs and identify common watering issues.
- Remove debris, clean work areas, organize materials, and maintain safe construction job sites.
- Perform demolition tasks, remove materials, and support site preparation and cleanup.
- Load, unload, move, and organize tools, equipment, and construction materials.
- Use landscaping and construction equipment safely and keep tools and work areas organized.
- Assist team members with additional tasks as needed to keep projects running efficiently.
