Requirements

Ability to walk, stand, reach, crouch, bend, push/pull throughout duration of shift.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Operate powered equipment in mowing specified areas.
Water and fertilize turf areas and plants.
Grade and prepare soil plant beds, lay sod, and plant vegetative material.
Assist in cultivation practices dealing with all turf areas.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning.
Perform a variety of labor duties including string trimming, edging, pruning, top-dressing, hazard maintenance, divot repair, and drainage tasks.
Support irrigation maintenance duties such as: irrigation head trimming, valve trimming, PVC pipe repairs, head leveling, and minor electrical tasks.
Operate mechanical loaders in moving soil, debris, and other materials.
Support the mechanic in lubrication and minor service repairs to equipment.
Participate as support staff on any special projects.
Report all abnormalities on the golf course such as damage, disease, insects, debris, etc.
Support other departments as needed and as opportunities arise.
Assist in all housekeeping duties of the Maintenance facility.
