Requirements

  • Properly and safely lift 50 lbs.
  • Climb ladders
  • Be able to safely kneel to pull weeds.
  • Safely operate power grounds equipment.
  • Safely use grounds tools
  • Replace sprinkler heads.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of and use PPE for position.
  • Ability to work in hot and cold conditions.
  • Be on call for disaster response (may require overnight stay)
  • Safely operate a motor vehicle with equipment trailer.
  • Effectively communicate with property managers to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Assess trees, hedges and other plantings for removal and or replacement.
  • Perform minor repairs and maintenance for grounds equipment.
  • Report any unsafe conditions of grounds including walking surfaces.
  • Plan workday to provide the most effective efficient results.
  • Perform touch up and painting of walls and door frames.
