This role is for a Grounds Technician at the Peine Lakes apartment community in Wentzville, Missouri. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and customer-oriented. Requirements
- Previous janitorial, groundskeeping, or housekeeping experience
- A valid driver’s license to operate company vehicle/golf cart
- A high school diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Perform all janitorial functions required to keep the community in a clean and safe condition by maintaining all public/common areas in accordance with property specifications.
- Conduct frequent inspections for cleanliness and maintenance.
- Clean and prepare vacant apartments for new occupancy.
- Complete required inspection reports and address any new problems as they arise.
- Assist in preventative maintenance and community repairs when needed.
