About The Position

Our Grounds team members are integral to our overall operations. Strong candidates will want to be part of a team, but comfortable working independently as needed. We value the ability to communicate positively and professionally with colleagues and members. Shift available: 7am to 3pm

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Must be able to read and write and communicate effectively.
Must be able to multitask.
Willingness to learn and perform minor maintenance.
Ability to pass a background check is required.

Nice To Haves

Experience is a plus, but it is not required, as we provide on the job training.

Responsibilities

Remove debris, leaves, and litter to maintain cleanliness and appearance of grounds.
Plant, prune, water, and care for trees, shrubs, flowers, and other vegetation.
Operate grounds keeping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, leaf blowers, chainsaws, and hedge trimmers.
Inspect grounds regularly and report any hazards or repair needs.
Maintain inventory of landscaping tools, supplies, and materials.
Notify supervisor of supply needs, including fertilizers, pesticides, and other materials.
Other duties as assigned.
