About The Position
Responsible for general landscaping and curb appeal duties in the community.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education, training or experience.
- Able to work overtime and emergency call in.
- Must maintain a valid driver's license.
- Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Must be able to read and comprehend the English language.
Nice To Haves
- Demonstrated ability or experience in landscaping or lawn care desirable.
- Fluent in Spanish is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Daily police grounds and remove litter.
- Mow lawns, trim shrubbery, mulch beds, edge walks, maintain weed control in shrubbery beds, lawns, curbs, and a/c areas.
- Sweep streets and curbs.
- Assist with snow removal.
- Handle minor routine maintenance repairs such as fences, gates, downspouts, shutters, lightbulb replacement, and splash blocks.
- Assist with the removal of trash from vacant apartments.
