Grounds Person
About The Position
Maintains grounds of property and related duties. As a Grounds Person, you will operate a pickup truck and/or a golf cart in daily work. You will be responsible for emptying all trash cans at pools, three-story buildings, and the team member parking lot as needed. Additionally, you will dispose of grease and cooking oil in proper containers, pick up trash from curbs on property and surrounding areas to the highway, and sweep curbs and sidewalks. You will also clean grounds and remove litter, empty trash cans in public area buildings, and empty dumpsters. The role involves operating a trash compactor, emptying recycle bins, and breaking down cardboard items for appropriate containers. You are expected to leave your work area in a clean, neat, and safe condition.
Requirements
- Valid Drivers License
- Able to work weekends and holidays
Responsibilities
