Grounds Person
About The Position
Maintains grounds of property and related duties. As a Grounds Person, you will operate a pickup truck and/or a golf cart in daily work. You will be responsible for emptying all trash cans at pools, three story buildings and team member parking lot as needed. You will also dispose of grease and cooking oil in proper containers, pick up trash from curbs on property and surrounding areas to highway, and sweep curbs and sidewalks. Additionally, you will clean grounds and remove litter, empty trash cans in public area buildings, empty dumpsters, operate the trash compactor, and empty recycle bins. You will also break down cardboard items and place them in appropriate containers, and ensure your work area is left in a clean, neat, and safe condition.
Requirements
- Valid Drivers License
- Able to work weekends and holidays
