About The Position
Grounds Maintenance Technician Provides general building and grounds maintenance services.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one year related experience and/or training.
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Desire to perform tasks and assignments safely, efficiently, and at a high quality.
- Ability to follow simple instructions in various forms (written, verbal, diagram).
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with supervisors, peers, and customers.
- Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for regular maintenance of facilities which includes basic electrical, plumbing systems, HVAC systems, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
- Performs maintenance on grounds, exterior lighting, parking lots, trash detail at locations, wash rack repair, and sign repair.
- Performs small construction projects i.e. painting, drywall patching, floor tile, replacement, ceiling tile replacement, and lighting replacement.
- Assists Ranch Manager with special projects and duties.
- Performs any special projects assigned by Ranch Manager.
- Assist in checking for and reporting any maintenance problems in guest rooms.
- Greet and work around guest of the ranch.
