T&W Flea Market is seeking a highly motivated, hands-on team player to join our Grounds Maintenance team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, operating equipment, and taking pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for vendors and guests. Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness across the market, including trash removal, bathrooms, and common areas
Perform landscaping and grounds care (mowing, weed trimming, blowing debris)
Operate equipment such as tractors, riding mowers, and power tools
Assist with event setup and breakdown
Respond to vendor and customer requests (including table setup/delivery via radio)
Support general market operations and office needs
Perform basic maintenance and repairs, including: Vendor booths (indoor/outdoor), Company vehicles, Light plumbing fixes, Light bulb replacements
Complete cleaning tasks such as sweeping and mopping indoor areas
Maintain inventory of janitorial supplies
Assist with table rent collection when needed
Perform other duties as assigned
