Requirements
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions
- A strong work ethic
- The ability to work alone
- Safety Oriented
- Must be able to safely operate a golf cart or Gator (UTV) as an essential function of the role; a valid driver’s license is required for this duty.
Responsibilities
- Routine upkeep of parking lot and areas surrounding the buildings
- Garbage/Trash disposal
- Pressure washing and sweeping walkways and parking lot
- Other cleaning duties as needed
