About The Position

Ground Control is seeking an experienced Grounds Maintenance Team Leader, Supervisor, or Foreman to join their growing business as a Contract Supervisor. This role involves supporting the delivery of Grounds Maintenance and Winter Maintenance contracts across Ireland. It offers a fantastic opportunity to develop surveying, quoting, and client management skills, with a clear pathway towards a future Contract Manager role. The ideal candidate will lead by example, build relationships, and deliver great service.

Requirements

• Experience in Grounds Maintenance, Landscaping, Arboriculture or a similar outdoor environment.
• Experience leading operational teams or crews.
• Strong understanding of site standards and service delivery.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to learn.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Carry out site inspections and quality audits.
• Support surveying and quoting for additional works.
• Manage and support field teams and subcontractors.
• Build strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate labour, materials and resources.
• Drive high standards of safety, quality and service delivery.
• Support contract performance and identify improvement opportunities.
