About The Position

Tanque Verde Swap Meet is Southern Arizona’s largest outdoor market, welcoming thousands of visitors each week. As we continue to grow, we are expanding our Grounds Maintenance team and looking for hardworking, dependable individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. We are currently hiring for a FULL-TIME Grounds Maintenance Keeper position. This role is essential in helping maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for our vendors, guests, and team members. Requirements

Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and high temperatures
Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting and moving heavy items
Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
Self-motivated and dependable in a fast-paced work environment

Nice To Haves

Previous grounds maintenance, janitorial, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred
Basic mechanical or repair skills are a plus

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness throughout the property by removing trash and debris
Place and distribute dumpsters and trash containers throughout the market
Deliver dumpsters to vendors and ensure proper placement
Empty, clean, and maintain dumpsters and waste containers
Perform minor repairs on dumpster lids, wheels, and related components
Maintain compactor and waste disposal areas in a clean and organized condition
Safely operate tools and equipment while following all company safety procedures
Complete daily task reports and required documentation
Assist with lot maintenance, including painting lines and space numbers
Support special events and operational projects as needed
