About The Position

All Terrain Property Maintenance Inc is hiring Grounds Maintenance Crew Members to support our Turf Division across a diverse portfolio of properties including condominiums, apartments, commercial properties, estate homes, and similar sites. This is a hands-on outdoor role for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in property presentation, and works well as part of a team. We are looking for dependable individuals who are motivated, safety-focused, and willing to learn and grow within the landscape industry. Whether you already have landscape experience or are looking to continue building your skills, this role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced leaders while developing strong technical and operational knowledge in the field.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in landscape or grounds maintenance
  • Experience operating commercial lawn and landscape equipment
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Experience operating trucks and trailers
  • Certifications such as First Aid/CPR, Working at Heights, equipment training, or similar

Responsibilities

  • Support daily turf and grounds maintenance operations under the direction of the Crew Leader and Supervisor
  • Perform turf maintenance work including mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and general turf finish work
  • Perform property clean-up and upkeep
  • Operate commercial landscape equipment such as zero-turn mowers, stand-on or walk-behind mowers, trimmers, blowers, edgers, brush cats and similar equipment as trained
  • Maintain a clean and professional presentation across all assigned properties
  • Assist with spring start-ups, seasonal clean-ups, leaf work, and fall wrap-up services
  • Support light horticultural work including basic weeding, debris removal, bed touch-ups, and general property presentation tasks as required
  • Follow company quality standards to ensure sites are completed safely, efficiently, and to expectation
  • Work safely at all times while following PPE requirements, safe work procedures, and direction from leadership
  • Complete equipment cleaning, basic care, trailer organization, and daily load-out responsibilities
  • Report property concerns, equipment issues, hazards, or damages to the Crew Leader or Supervisor
  • Assist with daily site clean-up and ensure all work areas are left tidy and professional upon completion
  • Use a smartphone for occasional site photos, communication, or operational updates as required
  • Represent the company professionally while interacting with clients, tenants, property managers, and the public
