About The Position
Westcott Apartments is seeking a dependable Groundskeeper to help keep our community clean, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. This role is essential to creating the great curb appeal our residents and visitors appreciate.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation and car insurance
- Monday–Friday availability, with occasional weekends
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas (laundry rooms, clubhouse, shop, dumpster areas)
- Daily trash and debris removal throughout the property
- Assist with lawn care and landscaping to keep the grounds looking their best
