About The Position

Dogtopia is the leading dog daycare brand in the U.S. Our grooming is FULL SERVICE, so you will be responsible for all elements the spa service, from bath to blow dry to the haircut!

Requirements

• 2-4 years of grooming experience.
• Must be highly motivated, energetic, highly customer service oriented with a passion for pets.
• Excellent communication skills are required that include greeting pets and their parents, providing quick and courteous service and asking questions to ensure client satisfaction.

Nice To Haves

• Licensed/certification preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Have the ability to groom dogs to breed standard, to include dematting, shave-downs, pattern clips.
• Be willing and able to groom dogs to specific customer requests.
• Be comfortable directly handling dogs of many different sizes, breeds and temperaments.
• Possess strong time-management skills and the ability to accurately estimate the length of time needed for
