About The Position

The 2nd Shift Grocery Team Member helps keep shelves stocked, the grocery department organized, and the store ready for customers. The role supports a fresh, welcoming, and well-run store experience by assisting customers, maintaining product displays, and working across Fresh departments, including Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce, and Grocery. Team members use job-specific technology, follow food safety and quality procedures, and help keep store operations running smoothly.
