About The Position

Goodness Me! is now hiring a full-time Grocery Keyholder for our Hamilton – Upper Gage store location. This role primarily involves greeting customers, offering help in locating items and making any suggestions or recommendations that may be appropriate. As a Keyholder/MOD, your role is to ensure that store operations run smoothly in the absence of a store manager or assistant manager.

Requirements

Experience in a supervisory role is preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge.
Ensure store conditions are consistently upheld to established standards.
Replace used stock, rotate current stock, and ensure satisfactory inventory levels.
Assist with display of merchandise.
Assist with inventory management.
Participate in all manner of store maintenance.
Receive and process warehouse stock products.
Manually load and unload materials from pallets, skids, platforms, cars, and lifting devices.
Resolve customer complaints.
Complete Manager on Duty check list.
Check and log temperature checks.
Inspect and goods for incoming and outgoing shipments, reject damaged goods.
Ensure that all cleaning logs are being followed.
Support employees with questions or problems that arise.
Make end of day deposits.
Completing end of night closing lists.
Responsible for locking up and setting alarm.
Other duties as assigned.
