We are seeking a highly motivated, customer service driven individual to join our team as Grocery Supervisor. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for store level execution on merchandising, quality, and financial performance for the Grocery department.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience with Grocery retail, merchandising preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience with people management preferred
Must have customer service experience and working knowledge of Grocery products
Must have working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must possess strong organizational and time management skills to manage special projects with decision making authority.
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
Must be willing and able to travel
Must have valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
Must be able to lift, push, pull, carry a minimum of 50 lbs.
TB Clearance required

Responsibilities

Direct store on achieving financial objectives.
Ensures merchandising and store conditions are to company standard.
Execute department promotions/programs.
Acts as a liaison between the department director, district manager and store.
Responsible for training and directing store personnel on operations, customer service and company or department initiatives.
Conduct store visits and provide support to the store.
