Responsibilities

Delivering world-class customer service
Providing leadership to all grocery clerks
Ordering and stocking grocery merchandise
Merchandising and displaying packaged product
Receiving and unloading trucks
Maintaining department cleanliness, housekeeping standards and a focus on safety
Provide prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable service to customers and members
Live the brand, making our staff and customers feel at home
Assist with recruitment, train, supervise staff, and demonstrate leadership in the grocery department
Ensure the department is properly stocked with merchandise and faced at all times
Provide front-end assistance as required
Accept Grocery Manager duties in his or her absence
Perform some administrative duties such as ordering, receiving, and inventory control
Other duties as required
