About The Position
DLM is looking for a dependable associate for its Grocery department who can work both individually and as part of a team. This role is responsible for ensuring the store is ready for business by stocking shelves, replenishing produce, and performing other behind-the-scenes tasks. The ideal candidate is a night owl, as the hours are typically from 11pm to 7am.
Requirements

- A willingness to learn about and taste great food.
- A willingness to practice the DLM Team Values: Be Honest, Safe, Helpful, and Hard-Working
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- 18 years or older.
- Standing for long periods of time.
- Lifting up to 60lbs.
- Must have holiday and weekend availability.
