About The Position

The Niemanns Grocery Stocker provides excellent customer service, develops product knowledge, rotates and merchandises product, and helps control shrink while working safely. The role supports department quality assurance, established programs, sales, and daily operational procedures that maintain stock levels, inventory, and cleanliness on the selling floor and in the backroom. The position has no supervisory responsibilities. Education and prior experience are not required. Forklift/Power Industrial Truck training may be required and is provided at store level. Position requirements may vary by store location.

Responsibilities

Deliver superior guest service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Perform quality assurance checks of the department.
Handle and rotate product properly.
Promote and support established programs.
Follow day-to-day operational procedures to maintain stock levels, inventory, and cleanliness on the selling floor and in the backroom.
Promote sales.
Work within company programs, policies, and procedures.
Follow safety policies and procedures and serve as a safety role model.
Perform other duties as assigned.
