About The Position

This position is responsible for providing World Famous Friendly Customer Service to customers, team members, and outside vendors. Key duties include merchandising, stocking, rotating product, facing, cashiering, bagging, and cleaning. The role requires a friendly attitude, the ability to work as part of a team, and adherence to all company policies and safety procedures.

Requirements

• World famous friendly attitude with customers & team members.
• Ability to work as part of a “team” atmosphere.
• Ability to read & understand written instructions.
• Understanding of basic math calculations.
• Ability to manage time effectively & multitask with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to learn, follow and model all safety operating procedures.
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 45 pounds on a regular basis.
• Able to stand on your feet continuously on a regular basis.
• Report to work on time as scheduled, in proper work attire, prepared for their full shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide World Famous Friendly Customer Service to Customers, Team Members & Outside Vendors.
• Merchandising, Stocking, Rotating Product, Facing, Cashier, Bagging, and Cleaning.
• Keep store shelves fully stocked according to ordering system requirements.
• Stock shelves, racks, cases, bins, and tables with new or transferred merchandise.
• Keep perishable merchandise rotated and pull out of date product as needed.
• Be observant and greet customers who come into the store.
• Keep work area clean.
• Clean display cases, shelves, and aisles.
• Answer customers' questions about merchandise and advise customers on merchandise selection.
• Compare merchandise invoices to items actually received to ensure that shipments are correct.
• Receive, open, unpack and issue sales floor merchandise.
• Requisition merchandise from supplier based on available space, merchandise on hand, customer demand, or advertised specials.
• Take inventory or examine merchandise to identify items to be reordered or replenished.
• Learn, follow and model all safety operating procedures.
• Manage time effectively & multitask with a sense of urgency.
• Abide by all company policies as stated in the employee handbook.
