This dynamic two-year rotational program is designed to develop high-potential graduates into future leaders in investment and asset management. Through three 8-month rotations across private markets, spanning areas such as Real Estate Asset Management, Infrastructure Equity, Private Markets Product Development and more, you’ll gain broad exposure to the investment landscape while building a strong foundation for your career. Requirements

  • Expected to graduate in 2027 from an accredited university with a degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
  • Working knowledge of investment and financial markets
  • Demonstrated understanding of financial and investment analysis techniques
  • Ability to be flexible, creative, and proactive in a challenging and fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with a strong ability to learn new software quickly
  • Familiarity with both quantitative and qualitative statistical analysis

Responsibilities

  • Gain valuable and diverse experience with multiple asset classes and front office exposure
  • Work with a variety of Rotation Managers to maximize the opportunity to acquire technical knowledge
  • Develop an appreciation of the diversity of the asset origination and asset management businesses within the context of a large global financial services firm
