About The Position

This position involves the rework statistics on grinding wheels and mold and fixture maintenance, mold and fixture utilization tracking, masterpiece management, and fixture management. The role requires finishing grinding wheel repair for glass with good quality in a timely manner and taking charge of daily 5S work of the workshop. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to read, understand and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
• Ability to speak effectively and interact with other team members, engineers, leadership and customers
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables
• Knowledge of and familiarity manufacturing software
• Be acquainted with the flow of glass grinding
• Be acquainted with the rules and regulations of the Company
• Be acquainted with relevant product standards
• Be the master of professional skills of grinding wheel repair
• Understand the requirements of grinding wheel repair
• Be the master of the standard of acceptance for the grinding wheel
• Abilities of communication and coordination
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Safety glasses
• Steel-toed work boots

Nice To Haves

• Those with production experience are preferred
• Been through systematic training on production about processing, quality and equipment operating
• Been through systematic 5S/TPM training

Responsibilities
