About The Position

This role involves performing grinding wheel repairs for glass with a focus on quality and timeliness. The position also includes responsibilities for daily 5S activities within the workshop, tracking mold and fixture utilization, and managing masterpieces and fixtures. Requirements

Ability to read, understand and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Ability to speak effectively and interact with other team members, engineers, leadership and customers.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables.
Knowledge of and familiarity manufacturing software.
Be acquainted with the flow of glass grinding
Be acquainted with the rules and regulations of the Company
Be acquainted with relevant product standards
Be the master of professional skills of grinding wheel repair
Understand the requirements of grinding wheel repair
Be the master of the standard of acceptance for the grinding wheel
Abilities of communication and coordination
Must be 18 years of age or older.

Nice To Haves

Been through systematic training on production about processing, quality and equipment operating
Been through systematic 5S/TPM training
