About The Position

This role is critical to our production operations. As a Grinding Operator, you will operate machinery, ensure product quality, and support daily production goals. This is a hands-on position where attention to detail, consistency, and accountability matter. You won’t just run machines—you’ll play a key role in maintaining quality standards, supporting team performance, and keeping operations running efficiently.

Requirements

Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
Ability to read and follow work instructions
Strong attention to detail and organization
Basic math skills and understanding of the metric system
Experience with measurement tools (calipers, gauges, etc.)
Basic computer skills
Strong attendance and reliability
Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Nice To Haves

2–4 years of manufacturing experience preferred

Responsibilities

Operate grinding machines and related production equipment
Load and unload materials and components
Adjust machine settings and perform basic troubleshooting
Conduct quality inspections using measurement tools
Perform machine changeovers as needed
Complete production reporting accurately
Label and transport finished goods
Ensure compliance with company environmental and quality management systems, including ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 standards.
Maintain 5S standards and a clean, organized workspace
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Escalate issues to leadership as needed
Work collaboratively to meet daily production targets
