Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Ability to read job instructions and perform basic math.
Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
Comfortable using manual and powered hand tools.
Able to lift 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments.
Safety-first attitude and strong attention to detail.
Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and physical exam.

Nice To Haves

Hoist/crane experience and forklift certification are a plus.

Responsibilities

Operate coil winding machines with accuracy and care.
Follow blueprints, specifications, and detailed instructions to produce precise coils.
Load materials, adjust machine settings, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Wind wire around cores/forms to exact specifications.
Use hand tools to cut, strip, and shape wire.
Assemble components and perform quality checks.
Maintain safety, cleanliness, and a continuous improvement mindset.
