Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED ) preferred
• Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to be respectful, approachable and team oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 80lbs.

Responsibilities

• On a rotating basis, delivers meat to dumper and grinder positions.
• Operates dumper, screw conveyor, frozen meats grinder and final grinder.
• Changing sizes of grind is .
• Scales meat at batch scale and final grinder positions.
• Operator must be able to assemble heavy equipment.
• Operator must be able to fork, rake, and shovel meat.
• Set-up and Pre Op.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Crew Leader and Supervisor.
