About The Position

We are looking for a Grille Server to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience. You will also assist with various operational duties to support the team and maintain a high standard of service.

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
• Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
• Comfortable being on your feet for long periods (up to 8 hours at a time)

Nice To Haves

• Money handling experience
• Previous serving experience
• Basic certifications (TIPS, CPR/First Aid)

Responsibilities

• Greet guests quickly and create a welcoming, fun atmosphere
• Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS
• Deliver food and beverages efficiently and professionally
• Provide timely check service and handle payments
• Complete side work, stocking, cleaning, and support teammates
• Assist with busing and resetting tables
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and service standards
• Assist with opening/closing duties and daily operations
