About The Position

We are looking for a Grille Server to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and handling payments. You will also assist with various operational duties to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for our guests. A team-first mindset and a willingness to support your colleagues are essential.

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
• Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
• Comfortable being on your feet for long periods (up to 8 hours at a time)

Nice To Haves

• Money handling experience
• Previous serving experience
• Basic certifications (TIPS, CPR/First Aid)

Responsibilities

• Greet guests quickly and create a welcoming, fun atmosphere
• Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS
• Deliver food and beverages efficiently and professionally
• Provide timely check service and handle payments
• Complete side work, stocking, cleaning, and support teammates
• Bus and reset tables as needed
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and service standards
• Assist with opening/closing duties and daily operations
