About The Position

As a Grill Line Cook, you will be responsible for a key station in the kitchen, executing scratch recipes at a high tempo on the grill, fryers, and sauté station, while maintaining consistent quality. Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Prior grill or line cook experience strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of kitchen operations, cook times, and station flow.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure during a busy service.
• Strong attention to detail and a high bar for food quality and cleanliness.
• Reliable and ready to work.
• Team-first attitude with clear, professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Execute grill, fryer, sauté, broil, and bake techniques to order per specifications.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality food presentation on every plate, every shift.
• Set up and break down station efficiently to keep service running smoothly.
• Operate, clean, and maintain all grill line equipment.
• Follow proper food storage, handling, and temperature protocols.
• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards.
• Communicate with the kitchen and front-of-house team to keep tickets moving.
• Support teammates during high-volume rushes.
