As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for performing culinary job duties and maintaining a clean, organized, and professional work area/environment at all times. To ensure our guests receive the highest standards of quality of food taste and presentation. Assist lead grill cook and managers in the day-to-day operations. Help train new staff members to meet HGVC standards. Order food stock from storeroom as needed, prepare backup stock, and prep these accordingly to menu specs.
