About The Position

The Grill Cook is responsible for ensuring that timely, safe, and high-quality food is produced in accordance with approved recipes and guest expectations. This role performs grill, prep, and line responsibilities in a high-volume environment while collaborating with team members to achieve successful service outcomes.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to interact verbally and listen attentively to co-workers and supervisors.
  • Ability to follow written, oral direction, prep lists and timelines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and independently.
  • Must have valid County Food Handler’s Card or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Observe and practice all established health and sanitation procedures
  • Ensure food is prepared, held, and served at proper temperatures
  • Prepare food according to approved recipes and standards
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas
  • Properly label, date, and rotate food products
  • Assist with stocking and kitchen support duties
  • Follow all company and health regulations
