About The Position

The Project Coordinator GRIDs role in the Company is integral to the seamless operation of our Commercial Services/GRIDS Division, focusing on serving the Company's Business Customers. This position demands a well-organized and detail-oriented professional to manage the accurate reception, review, and processing of project opportunities and documentation through our ERP and CRM systems, while maintaining open lines of communication with internal sales teams, operations, and external contractors to ensure precision in project execution. The successful candidate will utilize exceptional organizational and communication skills to prepare customer quotes, monitor project progress, and deliver timely updates to stakeholders, contributing to the outstanding service quality and business success that define the Company. This role is instrumental in facilitating the seamless execution of project activities by effectively managing project documentation, communication, and coordination among internal and external stakeholders. The Project Coordinator GRIDs ensures the accuracy of project-related data and contributes to the efficient operation of the division. The Project Coordinator role in the Company's GRIDs division primarily involves performing job tasks in a standard office setting, located remotely. The position requires the ability to engage in extended periods of sitting, using a computer, keyboard, and mouse for data entry and document preparation, as well as frequent communication via phone and email. Visual acuity to detail-oriented tasks and the capacity to conduct remote collaboration through video conferencing tools is essential. Occasional lifting of items such as documents and laptop computers, with a maximum weight of approximately 10 pounds, may be necessary. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver detailed and competitive customer quotes, ensuring alignment with project scope and budgetary requirements while maintaining clear communication with internal and external partners.
  • Foster and sustain continuous, effective communication channels with internal operations, sales teams, and customers to enhance collaboration and information flow throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contractors to streamline project processes, address potential challenges, and drive project milestones towards successful completion.
  • Monitor and track project progress diligently, providing timely updates and insights to relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment with project timelines and objectives.
  • Leverage advanced technology and software proficiencies to enhance project coordination efficiency, ensuring all systems and processes are fully aligned with organizational goals and standards.
